Thank you for shopping with MEERA. We are committed to providing you with high-quality jewellery and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility:

  • You may return any unworn and undamaged jewellery within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.

2. Exclusions:

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event.

3. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at meerajewelsgurgaon@gmail.com or +91 88829 38495 within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  • Once your return is authorized, carefully package the item, including all original packaging, and clearly write your return authorization number on the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Service team. 
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [number of days] days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
  • 100% refund is provided for invoice value of up to Rs 1,00,000 for orders delivered in India.
  • No refund is provided for orders delivered outside India.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 1 day of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, as per your preference.
